The atmosphere at Gobble This immediately feels like home. The warm, inviting decor paired with the friendly staff makes it clear that this is a spot that values both quality food and customer experience. Their menu is packed with comfort food options that satisfy every craving. From mouthwatering burgers to savory breakfast dishes served all day, there’s something for everyone at Gobble This. One standout for me is their classic bacon cheeseburger - perfectly grilled beef, fresh toppings, and crispy bacon, all sandwiched between a soft bun. The combination of flavors is divine, and it’s no surprise that it’s one of the most popular items on the menu.

Another personal favorite is their homemade meatloaf, which, in my opinion, is one of the best in town. It's tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. What sets it apart is the rich, savory gravy that accompanies it, taking the dish to a whole new level. If you’re in the mood for something lighter, their salads are always fresh, with plenty of options for customizing to suit your taste.

In addition to their main dishes, Gobble This also excels in providing comforting sides that pair perfectly with any entrée. Their mashed potatoes are creamy and buttery, and their hand-cut fries are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside - a true treat for fry lovers.

I can’t talk about Gobble This without mentioning their desserts. The pies are an absolute must-try. The slices are generous, and the flavors are spot on. My go-to is the classic apple pie, but if you’re feeling adventurous, the pecan pie is another stellar choice.

But what truly makes Gobble This stand out is its sense of community. The staff here knows their regulars by name, and there’s always a welcoming vibe that makes you feel like part of the family. It’s clear that the owners take great pride in the restaurant, and this translates into the quality of the food and service.

This little restaurant has three or four outdoor tables and a few more inside, better suited for larger groups. It was nicely decorated with a Christmas vibe and had a seasonal menu. Pupusas (2 units) were delicious and I highly recommend green chile filling. They are made to order and worth the 20-minute wait. Agua fresca was good too. Service was attentive.

Nice and cozy when you sit all the way in the back. Or if the weather permits, sit outside. Pupusas were quite tasty. Loads of cheese. The fermented cabbage was a bit too vinegary for my palate. The beans and rice were prepared with savory spices. And the green dipping sauce was very mild. All in all a good place for lunch.

I came in today to order a pupusa to go. I got spinach and green chili. It came with rice and beans on the side, as well as yuca fries, and cabbage. The food was absolutely delicious. I'd give it a 10 out of 10; the service was great. The dipping salsa for the pupusa was excellent as well. Thank you so much. May God bless you all.

Delicious tacos, but the agua fresca was absolutely amazing! Best drink ever and I brought a growler home…it was fun to sit outside on a beautiful day!

I stopped into Gobble This near closing time and it immediately felt warm and homey. Alex was awesome and answered all my questions. I’d never had pupusas before and these were unreal. Even the beans and rice were so good they kind of stunned me. My sister had the tamales and cleaned her plate. The portions were just right. The menu is small in the best way, since it usually means everything on it is going to be great, and that was true here. My only regret is that I don’t live in town because I’d try everything and absolutely become a regular. Chef Nestor’s food is something I won’t forget.

Our server, Alex, was an absolute delight! And Nestor’s food was amazing! We are not the easiest customers. We have spice sensitive, gluten free and vegetarian between 4 people. They did everything perfectly. The lions mane mushrooms were to die for, pupusas were fantastic. We are making plans to return for a private chef experience on our next visit to Albuquerque. I have no photos because we are it too fast. Thank you Gobble This!!

Out of this world good!!! We were searching for lunch around old town in Abq. As Santa Fe peeps were looking for an alternative to anything too touristy. We literally stumbled into this place. So even though we had chips, tacos and a tostada, the flavor profiles were AMAZING The agua Fresca was the best I have ever had. We shared the shrimp tacos and I can even explain how flavorful the food was, without being too much. I would 100% recommend and will absolutely be returning. Also the eclectic interior and super nice people working here made this just a lovely experience. Alex who took our order and Chef Nestor thank you!! Cant wait to come back. I don’t have a picture of the food because we gobbled it so fast lol
